Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Network Administrator & Hardware professional to manage, maintain and troubleshoot the organization's IT infrastructure, computer systems, network devices and hardware.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in network administration, hardware troubleshooting, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and end-user technical support and should be able to independently resolve day-to-day IT infrastructure issues with minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure and maintain desktop computers, laptops and other IT systems.
- Configure, monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks.
- Install and troubleshoot routers, switches and network devices.
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer and peripheral hardware issues.
- Provide end-user technical support and resolve hardware, software and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
- Manage and maintain IT hardware, systems and peripherals.
- Maintain IT asset records and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, networking, AMC and technical support requirements.
- Manage basic system backups and ensure availability of required data.
- Support basic network security, access control and system security activities.
- Monitor IT infrastructure and proactively identify technical issues.
- Maintain IT documentation, service records and asset details.




- Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and minimize infrastructure downtime.
- Support users with installation, configuration and troubleshooting of applications and systems.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization's IT infrastructure.

- Vijayawada location is mandatory.
- Immediate Joiners / Short Notice candidates will be highly preferred.
- Candidates with significantly higher experience may not be considered.
- Candidates should be within the approved CTC/budget range.
- Candidates must be genuinely interested in the role and available for the interview process.
- Profiles without relevant Network + Hardware + End-User Support experience will not be considered.
