Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive sales and expand our dealer and distributor network across India for our Agriculture Spray Guns and brass agricultural products.

The ideal candidate should be confident in field sales, comfortable with extensive travel, and capable of developing strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, agricultural equipment businesses, and customers.

Role & responsibilities

- Develop and grow sales of our products across India.
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, agricultural equipment shops, and potential customers.
- Identify and develop current dealers and distributors in different states and markets.
- Generate leads and convert them into regular business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and customers.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
- Collect customer and market feedback and share it with management.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders,



payments, and repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely dispatch.
- Prepare daily/weekly field visit and sales reports.
- Travel extensively across India as required.

Preferred candidate profile

- 13 years of experience in field sales or B2B sales preferred.
- Experience in agriculture equipment, spray pumps, spray guns, hardware, brass products, or similar industries will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong dealer/distributor development abilities.
- Willingness to travel across India.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of local markets and dealer networks is preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
Travel: Travel expenses/allowance as per company policy
Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat
Territory: All India
