Working Days: 5 days/week

Role & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns through chat.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist customers with product/service-related information.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction while following company policies and quality standards.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Undergraduate with 6+ months of experience or Graduate.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Confident while interacting with customers.
- Typing speed: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
- Candidates pursuing a regular course are not eligible.
