- Ensure smooth operation of plant machinery and equipment through regular breakdown maintenance, repair, and replacement.
- Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in machine performance and optimize processes.
- Conduct routine inspections to detect potential issues before they become major problems.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of machine maintenance, machine shop operations, and mechanics principles.
- Proven track record in breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, utility maintenance, and plant maintenance.
