- Generate recent business opportunities by conducting regular field visits, identifying prospective customers, and promoting products or services within assigned territories to achieve sales and revenue targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, dealers, corporate clients, and end customers by providing excellent service and understanding their business requirements.

- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, negotiations, and customer meetings while effectively communicating product features, pricing, and business benefits to prospective clients.

- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective territory planning, lead generation, customer follow-ups, and timely closure of business opportunities while expanding the customer base.

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer preferences,



and pricing strategies to identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements to sales strategies.

- Coordinate with internal departments including logistics, customer service, finance, and operations to ensure timely order processing, product delivery, and issue resolution.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales visits, collections, market intelligence, and pipeline activities using CRM systems and submit regular performance reports to management.

- Participate in promotional campaigns, trade exhibitions, product launches, and marketing initiatives while maintaining high levels of professionalism, customer satisfaction, and brand representation.
