Job Role

- Handle customer queries through international voice support.
- Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, payments, and account-related queries.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues as per process guidelines.

Job Details

- Location: Bengaluru
- Process: International Voice E-Commerce
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Shift: Night / Rotational Shift
- Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Off

Salary

- Freshers: 22,000 + 4,000 Night Shift Allowance + Incentives
- Experienced: 26,000 + 4,000 Night Shift Allowance + Incentives
