Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Plumber to handle day-to-day plumbing maintenance, repair and troubleshooting work at the assigned office/premises.

The candidate should have practical knowledge of water supply, drainage and sanitary systems and should be able to independently handle routine plumbing problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Check, repair and maintain water supply pipes and pipelines.
- Identify and repair water leakage.
- Repair and maintain drainage systems.
- Install, repair and maintain taps, valves and sanitary fittings.
- Handle plumbing maintenance in washrooms and common areas.
- Check and maintain water pumps.




- Troubleshoot water supply and drainage problems.
- Replace damaged pipes, fittings and plumbing components when required.
- Carry out regular plumbing inspection and preventive maintenance.
- Attend day-to-day plumbing maintenance complaints.
- Maintain plumbing tools and equipment properly.
- Follow required safety and hygiene procedures.
- Report major plumbing issues to the supervisor.

Candidate Requirements

- ITI in Plumbing or relevant technical/trade certification.
- 2–5 years of practical plumbing maintenance experience.
- Positive knowledge of pipelines, water supply, drainage, taps, valves and sanitary fittings.
- Good troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Responsible, punctual and hardworking.
- Immediate Joiners / Short Notice candidates preferred.
