M/S Garg and Garg Co. is seeking a Senior Building Engineer with 15+ years of experience delivering large-scale government building and infrastructure projects in Nagpur.

Responsibilities
• Direct end-to-end building engineering and construction lifecycles for government housing, institutional, commercial and public infrastructure projects.
• Enforce adherence to local building codes, NBC guidelines, IS Codes and state/central PWD/CPWD operational manuals.
• Lead onsite execution across structural, MEP and architectural components per approved drawings and specifications.
• Oversee detailed estimates, BOQs, tender documents etc.
• Implement quality control testing frameworks and site inspection checklists.




• Lead contract negotiations and supervise multi-tiered contractors and consultants.
• Validate milestone progress, review joint measurement records and approve contractor invoices against approved budgets.

Requirements
• 15+ years executing large-scale structural building projects, with mandatory government/public project exposure.
• Solid skills in drawing review, daily/weekly progress reporting, MIS and formal technical correspondence with government bodies.
• B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil or Building Engineering.
