- 9+ years of experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry.
- At least 2+ years of proven leadership as a Assistant Manager (or equivalent) in Physician Billing AR.
- Minimum team size handled should be 100-120 resources.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare billing, payer guidelines, and AR processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in RCM tools, AR management platforms, and reporting systems.
Strong client-facing experience with US healthcare providers.
- Preferable Immediate Joiners
