Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage employee data, including joining and exit formalities, leave management, and offer generation.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for current employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback and improve HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to HR ops.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in HR Operations or similar role.
- Strong understanding of employee data management, including joining and exit formalities.
- Proficiency in generating offers through various channels (e.g., email, SMS).
- Experience conducting exit interviews to gather valuable insights.
