Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and drive business across multiple branches within the assigned cluster.
- Lead, mentor and monitor Branch Heads, Sales & Credit teams.
- Achieve business, disbursement and portfolio growth targets.
- Drive customer acquisition through direct and channel sourcing.
- Monitor branch-wise performance and productivity.
- Ensure healthy portfolio quality and effective collection performance.
- Develop relationships with customers, DSA/DST and channel partners.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes and compliance.
- Conduct regular branch visits and support teams in achieving targets.

Candidate Profile:





- 8+ years of relevant experience in Secured Lending / NBFC / Housing Finance.
- Strong experience in HL, LAP and secured lending products.
- Proven experience in multi-branch and team handling.
- Robust leadership, business development and communication skills.
- Candidates from NBFCs / Housing Finance Companies / Banks with relevant secured lending experience preferred.
