Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure timely repayment of loans and maintain good relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to generate leads for term loans, working capital loans, and other financial products.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis using various tools such as credit reports, financial statements, etc. to assess borrower's creditworthiness.
- Collaborate with internal teams like underwriting, operations, and customer service to resolve client queries and issues.

Job Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in lending (term loan, working capital) or loan against property.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments (e.g., bonds), regulations (RBI guidelines).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships with clients; negotiation skills are essential.
