Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with 1520 years of experience in civil construction, project execution, site management, and contractor handling. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction activities and the ability to independently manage civil works at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise civil construction activities at project sites.
- Plan and execute civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Supervise RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, flooring, and other civil works.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines.
- Check and verify BOQ, measurements, quantity estimation, and material requirements.
- Prepare and review MB (Measurement Book), DPR, work reports, and site documentation.
- Handle contractor billing, quantity verification, and work certification.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and manpower at site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify construction issues and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and other teams for smooth project execution.




- Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and site safety procedures.
- Manage site manpower and contractors effectively.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities whenever required.

Eligibility

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 15–20 years of relevant experience
- Robust hands-on experience in civil construction and project/site execution
- Candidates with experience handling large-scale infrastructure/construction projects will be preferred.
