Control and regulate the movement of vehicles, visitors & employees within the complex
Evaluation & Monitoring the performance of security contractors
Ensure CCTV surveillance across the plant
Preparation of budget and Capex
Manage and control the capex and other expenditure related to Security function.
Training & Development of security staff
Emergency Response Preparedness
Preferred candidate profile
Ideal candidate should either be a retired para military officer (Inspector level) or a candidate having managerial level exposure to security function of a large scale manufacturing complex (Preferred Age Group 40-45 Years)
