Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage tender estimation process from bid solicitation to contract award, ensuring accurate cost estimates and timely submission of tenders.

- Prepare detailed BOQs, rate analyses, and vendor finalizations for construction projects.

- Conduct thorough analysis of bids received from various contractors to identify the most suitable option for the company.

- Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive tender documents and ensure compliance with client requirements.

- Oversee contract management activities, including negotiations with clients and contractors.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15-18 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (construction industry).

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil Engineering.

- Robust expertise in bid preparation, bid evaluation, bid estimation, boq preparation, cost estimation, contract management, contractual tendering, estimation & budgeting.
