- Handle customer queries through international voice support.
- Assist customers with healthcare benefits, appointments, claims, billing, coverage, and account-related queries.
- Provide professional customer service while following process guidelines and data privacy procedures.

Salary

- Freshers: 22,000 + 4,000 Night Shift Allowance + Incentives
