Roles and Responsibilites :
- Develop and deliver high-quality lectures on JEE Physics topics to students.
- Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and projects to evaluate student progress.
- Provide individualized guidance and mentorship to students through personalized coaching sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and teaching methods.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute in student development initiatives.
Eligibilty Criteria :
- 3-5 years of experience as a faculty member or tutor in physics education.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / B.E.) or Master's degree from a recognized university.
- Solid knowledge of IIT JEE syllabus and examination patterns.
- Excellent communication skills for effective classroom instruction and one-on-one tutoring.
