Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and execute A/B tests to optimize product features and user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes based on test results.
- Analyze data from A/B tests using SQL and Python scripts to determine the effectiveness of different approaches.
- Develop reports and presentations summarizing test findings and recommendations for future improvements.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within an e-commerce environment.
- Robust understanding of AB testing principles, including designing experiments, analyzing results, and interpreting data.
- Proficiency in Python programming language with ability to write efficient code for large datasets.
- Experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL) as well as NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
