Role & responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store and logistics operations to ensure smooth workflow Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and finished goods Coordinate with Quality for incoming material inspection and clearance Issue materials to production as per authorized material requisitions Maintain accurate inventory records (GRN, stock in/out, bin cards, balance) Ensure proper storage, labeling, preservation, and safety of materials Conduct regular stock verification and reconcile discrepancies Plan and coordinate dispatch of finished goods as per delivery schedules Prepare and verify logistics and shipping documents (invoice, packing list, e-way bill, LR, etc.) Coordinate with transporters and logistics service providers for timely delivery

Required Skill

Strong knowledge of inventory and store management practices Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP) Positive organizational and record-keeping skills Ability to supervise staff and coordinate with multiple departments Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
