Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure timely completion of rural electrification projects by supervising field teams.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve technical issues related to power distribution infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in Field Supervisor role in the power industry.
- Solid knowledge of rural electrification processes and practices.
- Proficiency in working with transformers and other electrical equipment.
