Role & Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding, attendance, leave, employee records, and offboarding.
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
- Support performance management, counseling, PIPs, and employee engagement.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, perks, HR documentation, and policy compliance.
