We are hiring Sr. Executive HR Payroll Processor (SAP Payroll) for an exciting opportunity with a growing organization in Coimbatore.

Job Details

- Position: Sr. Executive HR Payroll Processor
- Location: Coimbatore
- Experience: 2+ Years
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in HR / Business Administration / Commerce
- Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA
- Domain: International / GCC Payroll
- Technology: SAP Payroll

Key Responsibilities

As part of the payroll team, you will be responsible for:

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing using SAP Payroll.
- Perform accurate Gross-to-Net payroll calculations.
- Handle off-cycle payroll, claims, retro payments, and payroll adjustments.
- Manage payroll posting, reconciliation, and validation activities.
- Conduct detailed data audits, quality checks, and payroll validations.
- Prepare payroll and tax-related reports.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
- Ensure payroll activities comply with applicable GCC Labour Laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy,



confidentiality, compliance, and data integrity.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Payroll Processing.
- Practical experience with SAP Payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll calculations and validation.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have:

- Knowledge of GCC Labour Laws.
- Experience handling International Payroll.
- Exposure to UAE / Middle East Payroll.
- Experience in Payroll Compliance & Reconciliation.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are highly preferred:
