Manager – PMO (Wealth Management Transformation)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated PMO Manager to support and drive large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives within the Wealth Management domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program/project governance, stakeholder management, and transformation delivery, coupled with deep exposure to Wealth Management and Investment Banking environments.

This role requires regular interaction with senior business and technology stakeholders across multiple regions and functions. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional communication, coordination, and leadership skills while managing complex programs spanning multiple workstreams and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Governance

- Establish and manage PMO governance frameworks across multiple transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain program plans, RAID logs, dependency trackers, milestone reporting, and executive dashboards.
- Monitor project progress and drive timely escalation and resolution of risks, issues, and blockers.
- Ensure adherence to governance standards, delivery methodologies, and reporting requirements.

Transformation Delivery Support

- Support large-scale strategic transformation programs across Wealth Management business functions.
- Coordinate activities across business, operations, technology, data, risk, compliance, and change management teams.
- Drive program planning, execution tracking, and benefit realization activities.
- Ensure alignment between project objectives, business priorities, and executive expectations.

Stakeholder Management

- Engage with senior stakeholders including Directors, Managing Directors, Business Heads, Program Sponsors,



and Technology Leaders across global locations.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings, governance forums, and executive reviews.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, status packs, and decision-making materials for leadership teams.
- Manage stakeholder communications across multiple regions and time zones.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Work closely with teams across Wealth Management, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Data, and Change Management functions.
- Manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams and business domains.
- Ensure effective collaboration between global and regional teams.

Reporting & Analytics

- Deliver executive-level reporting covering program health, risks, issues, financials, resource utilization, and key milestones.
- Develop insightful management information and performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, reporting frameworks, and governance standards.

Required Experience

- 5–12 years of overall experience in PMO, Program Management, Project Governance, or Transformation Management.
- Robust Wealth Management experience is mandatory.
- Prior experience working with Investment Banks, Private Banks, Asset Managers, or Global Financial Institutions.
- Proven experience supporting large business and technology transformation programs.
- Experience working with global stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Strong exposure to project governance, executive reporting, financial tracking, and risk management.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and complex stakeholder landscapes.

Preferred Background

- Consulting experience with a leading consulting firm preferred.
- Experience working within international/global banking organizations preferred.
- Exposure to Wealth Management transformation, operating model change, digital transformation, data programs, target operating model initiatives, or platform migrations.
- Experience supporting global programs involving multiple countries and business units.
