- Understand customer business and loan requirements.
- Collect required KYC and financial documents.
- Verify customer and business details before loan login.
- Complete the loan application and coordinate with the processing/credit team.
- Follow up with customers from login to disbursement.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Cover the assigned market within the 25 KM branch radius.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide proper service.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Candidates must be comfortable with field sales and target-based work.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills required.
- Knowledge of the local market will be an advantage.
- Candidate must have team handling skills.
