Role & responsibilities

Structural Project Execution

- Lead end-to-end execution of RCC and structural works for high-rise residential towers.
- Manage piling, foundation, raft, basement, podium, columns, shear walls, beams, slabs, and other structural elements.
- Ensure construction is executed as per approved structural drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
- Monitor productivity and ensure achievement of project milestones.
- Coordinate construction activities across multiple towers and work fronts.

2. Planning & Project Management

- Develop and monitor structural execution plans, schedules, and manpower requirements.
- Review project progress against baseline schedules and identify delays and recovery actions.
- Coordinate with planning, MEP, architectural, procurement, contracts, and finishing teams.
- Ensure timely availability of drawings, materials, equipment, and resources.
- Drive project completion within approved timelines and budgets.

3. Engineering & Design Coordination

- Coordinate with structural consultants, architects, PMC, and design teams.
- Review structural drawings and identify constructability issues, discrepancies, and design changes.
- Ensure timely resolution of RFIs, technical queries, and site-related design issues.
- Review shop drawings, bar-bending schedules, reinforcement details, formwork systems, and construction methodologies.
- Optimize construction methods without compromising structural integrity or quality.

4. Quality Control

- Ensure strict compliance with approved quality standards and project specifications.




- Monitor reinforcement, shuttering/formwork, concreting, curing, waterproofing interfaces, and structural finishing.
- Ensure testing of concrete, reinforcement steel, and other structural materials as per applicable standards.
- Implement inspection and test plans and ensure closure of NCRs and quality observations.
- Drive preventive measures to minimize rework and structural defects.

5. Safety

- Ensure 100% compliance with project HSE requirements, particularly for high-rise construction.
- Monitor safe execution of formwork, scaffolding, lifting, concreting, working at height, and other critical activities.
- Participate in safety audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Promote a solid safety culture among employees and contractors.

6. Contractor & Consultant Management

- Manage and monitor structural contractors, subcontractors, and specialist agencies.
- Review contractor manpower, equipment, productivity, and performance.
- Conduct regular progress and coordination meetings.
- Evaluate contractor claims, measurements, variations, and work progress in coordination with commercial teams.
- Ensure contractors comply with project quality, safety, and schedule requirements.

7. Cost & Commercial Control

- Monitor structural quantities, material consumption, wastage, and productivity.
- Control construction costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Coordinate with quantity surveying/commercial teams for BOQs, measurements, variations, and contractor billing.
- Minimize material wastage and avoid unnecessary rework.
