Job Title: Manager HR & Recruitment

Manpower Planning Identify recruitment requirements and develop hiring plans based on organizational needs.

End-to-End Recruitment Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Candidate Sourcing – Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and recruitment consultants.

Screening & Interviewing – Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.

Stakeholder Coordination – Coordinate with department heads and management to fulfill manpower requirements.

Team Management – Lead and monitor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets within timelines.

Offer & Joining Management – Handle salary negotiation, offer release, follow-up, and joining formalities.

Recruitment MIS & Compliance – Monitor recruitment KPIs, maintain records, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
