Job PurposeWe are seeking a highly creative and experienced Lead Architect & Interior Designer to spearhead our design department. You will manage projects from concept to final handover. You will blend architectural principles with high-end interior aesthetics while leading a team of designers and site execution professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Concept Leadership: Develop cutting-edge architectural layouts, interior concepts, mood boards, and space planning strategies.Technical Supervision: Review and approve comprehensive working drawings, 3D renderings, and precise Bill of Quantities (BOQs).Team & Project Management: Lead a team of junior designers, manage project timelines, and ensure profitable delivery.Site Coordination: Oversee on-site execution, conduct quality checks,



and resolve technical layout issues with contractors.Client & Vendor Management: Lead client pitches, present design iterations, and manage vendor relationships for material sourcing.Required Skills & SoftwareDesign Software: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop.Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction materials, joinery details, MEP coordination, and local building codes.Soft Skills: Exceptional presentation abilities, leadership skills, client handling expertise, and a sharp eye for detail.
