Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan, monitor, and execute water supply, road, and building construction projects from initiation to completion
- Prepare DPRs, BOQs, project schedules, and ensure compliance with PWD, PMGSY, Mandi Board, Police Housing Board, Jal Jeevan Mission guidelines
- Supervise site activities ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and timely delivery
- Manage vendor & subcontractor billing reconciliation and project documentation
- Liaison with clients, auditors, banks, and government departments for approvals and reporting
- Handle budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for multiple infrastructure projects
- Maintain team performance, payroll records, and statutory compliance related to project staff

Required Candidate Profile

- Civil Engineer (B.E./B.Tech & M.Tech ) with 15-20years of experience in water supply, road, and building projects
- Robust knowledge of government tenders, billing, and compliance processes




- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with proven leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and project management software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problemsolving skills
