Experience

- 5+ Strong experience supporting macOS environments in enterprise organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, configure, and support Apple Mac devices using MDM solutions.
- Provide L2/L3 support for macOS device management, security, and compliance issues.
- Deploy applications, policies, configuration profiles, and security controls across managed devices.
- Perform device enrollment, provisioning, compliance monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot complex macOS, application, and device management issues.
- Work closely with IT, Security, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with at least one or more MDM platforms:
- Microsoft Intune
- Omnissa Workspace ONE
- Jamf Pro





Deep understanding of macOS administration and troubleshooting.

- Experience with:
- Apple Business Manager (ABM)
- Automated Device Enrollment (ADE/DEP)
- FileVault
- Configuration Profiles
- Software Packaging & Deployment

Scripting expertise in:

- Shell (Bash/Zsh)
- Python
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience in security compliance and device hardening.

Soft Skills

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.
- Target Profile: macOS Engineer / Apple Administrator / MDM Administrator / UEM Engineer with strong Intune, Workspace ONE, or Jamf expertise and Shell/Python scripting experience.
