EdTech Sales Lead

We're building the platform that takes people from AI-curious to AI-job-ready — through live events, hands-on courses. Now we're scaling the revenue side: corporate upskilling, institutional partnerships, and a growing learner base ready to convert.

We're looking for someone who can sell across all three.

What you'll own

- Drive B2B corporate upskilling deals — AI literacy and skilling programs for enterprises and SMEs
- Open and close institutional partnerships (universities, training bodies, innovation hubs)
- Convert our existing community and learner base into paid programs
- Run the full cycle: prospect → pitch → demo → close → renew
- Work alongside marketing on inbound (ads, WhatsApp, email already run warm pipeline to you)
- Represent Rise11 in partner and certification conversations as we expand into SEA, the Gulf, and EU

What you bring

- 3–5 years in sales / business development, ideally edtech or B2B SaaS




- A track record selling to organizations and institutions, not just individuals — you're comfortable with multi-stakeholder, multi-month sales
- Confidence talking to L&D; heads, founders, and academic decision-makers alike
- Self-starter energy — you can build pipeline, not just work an inbound queue

Bonus points

- Adtech / performance-marketing background (you'll get how our funnels feed the pipeline)
- Existing network in corporate L&D; or the academic/institutional space
- Genuine interest in AI and the future of work
