Mode of Work - Hybrid (Monday,Wednesday,Friday-WFO)

Shift - 3PM-12AM IST

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for managing the finance and accounting operations. Role requires strong expertise in transition management, multi-country accounting, and process migration across diverse systems such as Xero or equivalent accounting applications.

Lead the end-to-end transition of finance processes from client entities to GCC.

• Conduct detailed process understanding, mapping, and gap analysis.

• Document and standardize migrated processes with SOPs and control checkpoints.

• Ensure seamless knowledge transfer between client teams.

• Set up the accounting and reporting framework within systems and align with Group policies.

Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Provide actionable financial insights to leadership for project profitability and business decisions. • Build financial models and dashboards for reporting and planning.





• Ensure alignment between IT project costing and overall business goals.

Oversee accounting, reporting, and reconciliations across multiple geographies.

• Approve bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and client collections.

• Manage intercompany transactions, consolidation, and monthly close.

• Ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and local statutory frameworks.

Implement solid internal control frameworks.

• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants across jurisdictions (US, NZ, AU, EU).

• Ensure timely statutory filings and adherence to governance standards.

• Monitor data integrity, security, and audit readiness.

17–18+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts

• Proven experience in handling end-to-end accounting and FP&A;

• Working knowledge of ERP systems

• Experience in the IT services sector is desirable
