Role: Business Systems Analyst

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: Long term

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: Hybrid - Onsite 2 days a week in Hyderabad

Seeking a security compliance skilled to drive GRC, audit readiness, risk assessments, and security governance across the organization.

Must Have:

- 5+ years in Security Compliance, GRC, Information Security, Audit, or Risk Management
- Strong NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CIS Controls experience
- Security audit and audit evidence management
- Risk assessments, control testing, gap analysis, and remediation
- AWS & Azure security governance/compliance
- Incident response and security controls knowledge
- Security policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
- Executive reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and stakeholder management

Nice to Have: CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, Security+, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, Archer, Power BI, AI compliance tools.
