We’re looking for a Client Servicing Manager to own client relationships and drive projects from brief to execution and closure.

What You’ll Do

• Manage client relationships and act as the key SPOC.

• Translate client briefs into transparent internal action points.

• Lead projects across planning, creative, production & execution.

• Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and client expectations.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure seamless execution.

• Handle on-ground client servicing during events.

• Drive post-event closure, reviews, and account documentation.

• Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client accounts.

What We’re Looking For

- 4–7 years of experience in Events / Experiential / Advertising / Client Servicing
- Excellent communication & client management skills
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced environment
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset
