Role Description The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual assets that support JIMS Rohini’s brand identity across print and digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing marketing and promotional materials, developing graphics for social media and the website, and producing layouts for brochures, presentations, and campus communication. The role involves collaborating with academic and administrative teams to understand design requirements, maintaining consistent branding, and preparing files for print and digital production. This is a full-time, on-site role based at JIMS Rohini in New Delhi.

Qualifications

- Create and manage creative graphics and visual assets for marketing campaigns across social media, websites, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
- Develop creative concepts, graphics, layouts, product illustrations, company branding, logos, and website creatives.




- Design marketing materials including social media posts, brochures, flyers, presentations, banners, corporate communication, and other promotional materials .
- Create engaging videos, reels, motion graphics, and other visual content for marketing and brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and design teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with campaign objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, creative tools, AI-powered design tools, and industry best practices .
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, accuracy, and adherence to timelines.

What we are looking for

- Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Graphic Designing or Creative Designing .
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar design and video-editing tools.
- Experience in creating social media creatives, marketing campaigns, branding materials, and digital advertisements .
- Knowledge of video editing, reels, motion graphics, and short-form marketing content will be preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative and design tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong creativity, visual communication, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to accept feedback and make creative improvements.
- Photography, visual art, and website design knowledge will be an added advantage.
