About the Role We’re looking for someone who can manage and execute visual content end-to-end, from designing social media creatives and thumbnails to developing visual assets for marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on role, and we’re specifically looking for someone with strong graphic design skills who is comfortable working across different formats and brands. You’ll work closely with the marketing and content teams to bring ideas to life across multiple visual formats. Key Responsibilities Design creatives for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ads, and brand assets Create static visual content based on campaign requirements Design carousels, thumbnails, social media posts,



and other marketing assets Ensure all visuals are aligned with brand guidelines and quality standards Collaborate with content and marketing teams to execute campaigns Manage and organize design assets efficiently Iterate based on feedback and performance insights Required Skills & Experience 0-3 years of experience in graphic design Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma (or similar) Strong understanding of social media content formats such as carousels, static posts, thumbnails, and ad creatives Strong sense of visual hierarchy, composition, typography, and branding Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote setup Good communication and openness to feedback Familiarity with AI tools for design workflows Nice to Have Experience working with content/marketing teams Familiarity with AI tools for design workflows Basic understanding of content performance and engagement Recruitment Process Screening round Skillset round Final interview Why Join Us Remote work with flexible timings High ownership and creative freedom Opportunity to work across multiple brands and content formats A fast-paced, cooperative, and supportive team If this sounds like something you’d enjoy, we’d love to hear from you!
