We’re looking for a technical, highly resourceful growth hacker who can combine performance marketing with rapid AI-assisted development.
This is not a traditional developer role — and it’s not a traditional performance marketer role either.
You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, data, automation, AI, and code, building things that help us acquire customers faster and optimize campaigns more intelligently.
If you’re the type of person who sees a marketing problem and thinks, “I can probably just build something to solve that,” you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
Build and rapidly iterate landing pages, funnels, calculators, lead-gen tools, and marketing experiences.
Use AI coding tools such as codex, Cursor, Claude code, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, etc. to prototype and ship quickly.
Build automation around performance marketing campaigns and workflows.
Integrate APIs from platforms such as Meta, Google, CRMs, analytics tools, email/SMS platforms, and other marketing systems.
Implement and troubleshoot tracking, attribution, pixels, events, UTMs, conversion APIs, and analytics.
Work closely with performance marketers to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
Run rapid experiments across landing pages, offers, funnels, creative, and conversion flows.
Pull and analyze campaign data to identify what is working and what isn't.
Build internal dashboards and lightweight tools that make the marketing team more efficient.
Automate repetitive marketing and reporting tasks.
Turn ideas into working prototypes quickly — often within hours or days rather than weeks.
Continuously experiment with new AI tools and technologies that can give the growth team an advantage.
What We’re Looking For
You don't need to be a traditional software engineer.
We're looking for someone who is technical, curious, fast, commercially minded, and obsessed with experimentation.
You should have:
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and/or Python.
Experience building websites, landing pages, scripts, automations, or small web applications.
Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, JSON and basic databases.
Understanding of digital/performance marketing fundamentals.
Experience with analytics and tracking tools.
Strong problem-solving ability.
Comfort using AI to write, debug, understand, and improve code.
A bias toward shipping rather than over-engineering.
The ability to independently figure things out when documentation isn't perfect.
Bonus Points
Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads.
Experience with GA4, GTM, conversion APIs, attribution, or tracking infrastructure.
Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, SQL, or similar technologies.
Experience with marketing automation platforms.
Experience working with CRMs.
Experience building AI-powered tools or workflows.
Experience running A/B tests.
Experience in a startup, agency, growth team, or high-speed environment.
You've built projects yourself outside of your formal job.
You actively use AI coding tools and can demonstrate things you've built with them.
The Ideal Candidate
You might be a:
Junior developer who became obsessed with growth.
Performance marketer who taught themselves to code.
Full-stack developer who wants to work closer to revenue.
Automation enthusiast who builds tools for everything.
“Vibe coder” who can actually understand and debug what the AI produces.
Growth hacker who is tired of waiting for engineering teams to build simple things.
We care much more about what you can build and how quickly you can learn than whether your resume has the perfect credentials.
What We Offer
High-autonomy role with direct impact on growth and revenue.
Fast-moving startup environment.
Opportunity to work at the intersection of AI + coding + performance marketing.
Freedom to experiment and ship.
Exposure to real performance data and customer acquisition.
A team that values speed, initiative, and measurable results.
Competitive compensation based on experience and ability.
How to Apply
Send us:
Your resume or LinkedIn profile.
2–3 things you've actually built — websites, automations, scripts, AI projects, marketing tools, side projects, etc.
A brief explanation of one project you're particularly proud of.
Links to your GitHub, portfolio, or live projects if available.
We strongly prefer seeing what you've built over reading a long resume.
The Test
As part of the interview process, we'll give you a real growth problem and see how you approach it.
You don't need to produce perfect code.
We want to see how you think, experiment, use AI, solve problems, and turn an idea into something that works.
