We are Hiring for Manager/Sr. Sales Engineer from B2B sales only no channel sales experience should apply

Job Role Summary Reporting to the Manager of Marketing and working under the guidance of the Manager - Marketing, the Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Marketing is responsible for sales in a designated domestic territory.

The role focuses on enquiry generation, order booking, and achieving targets for bookings and profitability.

Key Responsibilities • Generate new leads and enquiries from existing and recent clientele. • Prepare tailor-made proposals capturing technical and commercial details aligned with customer expectations. • Develop budgets and management reports. • Create tailor-made marketing presentations to meet specific customer needs. • Develop and execute marketing plans in consultation with the Manager - Marketing.



• Prepare tour reports and monthly reports. • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies. • Develop and maintain a database of client interactions to enhance follow-up efficiency. • Leverage social media platforms to promote the brand and engage with clients.

Experience and Track Record • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in the capital goods industry. • Proven experience handling end-customers for Engineered-To-Order products, preferably rotary equipment (e.g., gears, pumps, compressors, generators, couplings, turbines). • Proven track record of successfully achieving targets in previous organizations.
