Educational Qualification

- Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Industrial / Production or equivalent).
- Any qualification in Project Management methods would be an added advantage.

Job Purpose

To lead and coordinate end-to-end project execution by ensuring seamless coordination between internal functions and external stakeholders. The role is responsible for project planning, monitoring, execution, governance, reporting, risk management, and timely completion of projects while meeting delivery, quality, cost, and any other customer requirements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

- Lead and manage assigned projects from order receipt to project closure, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, project trackers, and dashboards.
- Coordinate project kick-off activities and ensure alignment among all stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Act as the central coordination point between Sales, SCM, Production, QA/QC, Dispatch, Finance, Installation Teams, and Customers.
- Facilitate smooth information flow across departments to ensure project milestones are achieved as planned.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders wherever applicable.

Project Monitoring & Control

- Track procurement, production, dispatch, installation, and project execution milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and initiate corrective actions to maintain timelines.




- Ensure timely completion of customer and distributor orders through proactive follow-up and coordination.

Customer & Distributor Management

- Act as single point of contact between customer and the AMBSI
- Follow up with customers and distributors regarding site readiness, delivery schedules, installation status, and project progress.
- Ensure consistent project execution processes for both direct customer orders and distributor-managed projects.
- Address project-related concerns and ensure customer expectations are effectively managed.

Financial & Commercial Coordination

- Track project budgets, costs, procurement activities, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate invoicing, milestone payments, advances, retention amounts, and Letter of Credit (LC) documentation.
- Support commercial closure and project revenue realization activities.
- Prepare cases for LD/ Penalty waiver, wherever necessary.

Governance, Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare MIS reports, project dashboards, management reviews, status reports, meeting minutes, and action trackers.
- Maintain project documentation including schedules, correspondences, approvals, risk registers, lessons learned, and closure reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, and project management procedures.

Risk Management & Continuous Improvement

- Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and delays, and implement mitigation plans.
- Escalate critical issues to management with recommended actions.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and enhance project tracking, reporting, and execution systems.

Responsibility

- Responsible for successful execution and delivery of assigned projects within approved scope, timeline, and budget.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with PMG standards, and project governance frameworks.

Responsible for effective stakeholder management and coordination across all involved functions.
