Position: Male/Female Staff Sales & Office Support Executive
Location: 6- Ganga Complex, Vayu Vihar Road, Patholi, Agra
Employment Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and follow up on customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other channels, and convert them
into orders.
Coordinate with clients for quotations, order status, and after-sales support.
Maintain and update sales data, records, and documentation.
¢ Handle tasks related to Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
¢ Prepare and manage reports, letters, and other office documents.




¢ Provide assistance in day-to-day office operations and coordination with the sales team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
¢ Graduate (preferred) with strong communication skills (verbal & written).
¢ Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and basic computer applications.
¢ Quick learner with good grasping power and problem-solving skills.
¢ Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in documentation.
¢ Prior experience in sales coordination/office support will be an added advantage.
