Role Overview
We are looking for an empathetic and persuasive Education Counsellor to connect with parents, guide them through our child development programs, and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with parents over phone and in-person calls to explain our mental health and child development programs.
Understand parental concerns and guide them toward the right program options.
Facilitate the end-to-end parent onboarding and enrollment process.
Requirements & Qualifications
Location : Must be based in Kolkata .
Education: Any Graduate degree.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in phone and in-person counselling , admissions, or educational sales.
Background: Prior experience or background in education, counselling, or early childhood development (strongly preferred).
Language Skills: Must be fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Core Competencies: Solid interpersonal communication, active listening, and convincing/persuasive skills.
