The selected freelancer will have the opportunity to work on projects based on their technical expertise, experience, availability, and suitability for specific project requirements.
Projects may range from small business websites and landing pages to e-commerce platforms, custom websites, website redesign projects, maintenance assignments, and larger or more complex web development projects.
The ideal candidate should be technically competent, proactive, dependable, quality-focused, and capable of independently managing assigned development work while maintaining effective coordination with the CDMON team and, where required, project stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development

Develop professional, responsive, user-friendly, and high-quality websites based on project requirements.
Work on website development assignments ranging from small and medium-sized websites to larger and more complex projects.
Convert project requirements, designs, and concepts into functional websites.
Develop and implement responsive websites compatible with desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Ensure appropriate website structure, functionality, usability, and overall quality.
Test websites before delivery and identify and resolve technical issues.

Project Execution & Delivery

Independently manage assigned website development projects.
Understand project requirements, scope, objectives, and expected deliverables.
Plan and organize development work to ensure timely completion.
Deliver projects according to agreed specifications and timelines.
Communicate potential technical challenges, dependencies, or delays in a timely manner.
Maintain appropriate quality standards throughout the development process.

Website Customisation & Enhancement
