Job Description
We are looking for an experienced

Salesforce OmniStudio & Experience Cloud Technical Lead

with

5+ years of Salesforce experience

and strong expertise in

OmniStudio and Experience Cloud .
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading OmniStudio development, providing technical solutions, guiding the development team, and ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the

OmniStudio development team

and provide technical direction and solutions.
Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using

OmniStudio .
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using

Apex, LWC, Aura, Triggers, and Flows .
Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems.
Work with

OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures .
Configure and develop solutions on

Salesforce Experience Cloud .
Handle

asynchronous processing , sharing rules, Salesforce security, approval processes, and workflow automation.
Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, code reviews, and solution design.




Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and performance considerations.
Mandatory Skills
5+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem
5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio
5+ years of experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
Strong experience with:
OmniScripts
FlexCards
DataRaptors
Integration Procedures
Strong hands-on experience with

Apex and Triggers
Strong experience with

LWC and Aura
Experience with

Salesforce Integration
Experience with

Asynchronous Apex/processing
Strong understanding of

Salesforce Security and Sharing Rules
Experience with

Approval Processes and Workflow Rules
Ability to

lead OmniStudio development and provide technical solutions
Solid problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications such as

OmniStudio Developer, Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant , or related certifications.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Experience leading Salesforce development teams or technical workstreams.
