We develop bankable, high-impact projects by integrating advanced climate science, an in-house digital MRV platform, and innovative blended finance.
Our portfolio spans across nature-based and engineered removal: on nature-based, we have large-scale agroforestry, regenerative agriculture, and mangrove restoration initiatives; on engineered removal, we are building India's leading biochar platform with large-scale commercial operations. Key Responsibilities:
We’re looking for an Accounts Executive to support the finance team with day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and financial documentation. This role will provide hands-on exposure to accounting processes and compliance while working closely with the Accounts team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following –
Assist in recording day-to-day accounting entries including purchase,
sales, journal, and bank entries in Zoho ERP
Support the preparation and filing of GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, and TDS returns
Assist in preparing bank reconciliation statements and vendor account reconciliations
Support vendor and customer ledger scrutiny and follow-ups
Assist in maintaining and organizing statutory records, invoices, and other compliance-related documents
Support the Accounts team during internal and statutory audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and required documents
Assist with routine accounting, compliance, and reporting activities as required
Ideal Candidate Profile:
B.Com or M.Com graduate
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Working knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting software
Basic understanding of accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial documentation
Prior internship or experience in accounts/finance is a plus
Knowledge of GST and TDS provisions is an advantage
Exposure to internal or statutory audit processes is an advantage
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
Good numerical aptitude and ability to work with financial data
Willingness to learn and take ownership of routine accounting responsibilities
Good communication and coordination skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
