Overview
The Client Success Specialist owns the relationship with employers who hire Fedstack trainees after placement: ensuring smooth handoffs, gathering feedback on candidate performance, and identifying opportunities to expand hiring volume with existing partners. This role picks up where recruiting and placement leave off: once a candidate is hired, you become the primary point of contact for that employer, making sure onboarding goes smoothly and that any concerns about performance or fit are surfaced early. You'll gather structured feedback on a regular cadence, feed it back into the program so future cohorts improve, and look for signals that an employer partner is ready to hire more trainees. Because this role works remotely with employer stakeholders primarily based in the U.S., strong written communication and reliable overlap with U.S. business hours are important.
Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for federal organizations employing Fedstack trainees
Gather structured feedback from employer partners on placed candidates to inform program improvements
Identify opportunities to expand hiring volume or add new roles with existing employer partners
Coordinate with recruiting leadership on placement timing and cohort output to match employer demand
Maintain accurate records of employer commitments, hiring needs, and renewal timelines
Qualifications
2+ years in account management, client success, or partnerships
Strong relationship management and follow-through with external stakeholders
Comfortable balancing multiple employer relationships and priorities at once
Interest in workforce development or federal contracting hiring models
Nice to Have
Existing relationships with federal contractors or agencies
Experience in a staffing, hire-train-deploy, or placement-based business
Background in customer/client success within a B2B services company
