Key responsibilities:
Liaise across teams to unblock cross-functional dependencies
Collect, structure, and analyse data to support executive decision-making
Support ERP rollout coordination and SOP/process documentation
Draft strategy notes, briefing documents, and presentations for the CEO's office
Consolidate materials for government communication and audit processes
Coordinate and streamline business workflows across technical, finance, and vendor stakeholders
Support legal research, first-pass drafting review, and business-side briefing on legal/contractual documents (not a substitute for legal counsel)
Take on ad hoc research, drafting, and project work as priorities shift
Qualifications:
Pursuing/completed MBA, or CA/CS (qualified/semi-qualified) with strong generalist/business interest
Working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, basic analysis)
Excellent written communication and structuring skills
Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities
Discretion with sensitive/governance material
Valuable to have:
Exposure to startups, govt/PSU, or academic-institution environments
Prior internship involving stakeholder coordination, consulting-style structuring, or program management
Exposure to reading/reviewing contracts or legal documents
Basic understanding of budgeting/financial statements
Skills:
Structuring ambiguous problems into clear frameworks/action plans
Executive-ready written communication (decks, notes, briefs)
Strong written English, PPT/deck-building skills
Data analysis and Excel proficiency
