MySivi is India’s first AI Tutor designed to help users practice English speaking. It enhances learning by correcting grammar, pronunciation, and fluency at a faster rate. MySivi aims to improve English communication skills through its innovative AI technology.

Location: In-office, HSR layout

What will you do ?
Own and grow MySivi’s social media presence end-to-end
Build and scale regional language pages in collaboration with internal teams
Develop and scale IP-led content pages with creators (repeatable, high-performing formats)
Manage and execute in-house influencer marketing initiatives
Leverage AI tools to increase content velocity and operate at scale
Plan and execute growth strategies with clear KPIs and a practical roadmap
Drive distribution-first thinking-identify and execute growth hacks beyond just content creation
Build strong platform expertise, especially on LinkedIn and X (Twitter)
Explore and experiment with international content distribution strategies (positive to have)





What do we need ?
Fluency is Hindi is a plus
Strong understanding of social media growth and content ecosystems
Experience managing or scaling social media pages is a plus
Ability to think distribution-first, not just content-first
Hands-on experience with influencer marketing is a plus
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is preferred
Strong analytical mindset-comfortable with metrics, testing, and iteration
High ownership, speed, and execution ability
Great energy and fun to work with
