We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee infrastructure and facility operations across multiple locations in Chennai.
Key Requirements:
4–7 years of facility/infrastructure management experience.
Experience managing 2 or more locations simultaneously .
Strong vendor management skills (AMC, Security & Housekeeping).
Hands-on experience in office fit-outs and renovation projects .
Working knowledge of Electrical, Civil & HVAC systems .
Ability to coordinate daily on-site operations across locations.
Positive to Have:
Experience managing company guest houses or residential facilities.
Manufacturing + corporate office facility management experience.
Knowledge of Tamil Nadu building regulations, fire safety norms & Factories Act.
Experience with Fire NOCs, EB approvals & trade licenses.
Diploma/B.E. (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or Facility Management qualification.
Experience with CAFM or Facility Management software.
