Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Web Developer. The Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications to support SCRF’s mission. The role involves developing both the front end and back end of web solutions, ensuring user-friendly experiences and efficient performance.



Responsibilities include developing creative web functionalities, optimizing sites for speed and scalability, debugging, and collaborating with the design, content, and research teams for seamless integration of web solutions.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including server-side frameworks and database management
Strong skills in Front-End Development with expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience in Web Development and Programming to create and maintain functional and robust websites
Proficiency in Web Design, with a focus on creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces
Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with version control systems like Git
Familiarity with SEO principles is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field, or equivalent work experience
