Integra Global Solutions is seeking a

VP of Accounting professional

to manage the
accounting and finance function for a US client and work closely with the

CFO and senior
management .
Key Responsibilities
 Oversee

US accounting, month-end/year-end close, financial reporting, and audits .
 Manage

US GAAP, P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, reconciliations, intercompany,
multicurrency, and consolidation .
 Lead

financial analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting .
 Strengthen

controls, processes, ERP systems, and automation .
 Lead and mentor the

accounting team

and resolve complex accounting issues.
Requirements


10+ years

of senior accounting/finance experience with robust





US GAAP

knowledge.
 Proven experience in

financial reporting, complex reconciliations, intercompany, and
multicurrency accounting .
 Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 Experience working with

US CFOs/senior management .


CPA/CA/CMA

and

NetSuite/Dynamics 365

experience preferred.
