Role Overview
Opportunity seeking for German MNC
We are seeking a skilled Revit Engineer with strong expertise in BIM modeling, CAD conversion, and MEP services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality 3D/2D models, coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP facilities, and ensuring project accuracy through clash detection and quality checks.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage 3D/2D CAD models using Autodesk Revit (MEP, Architecture, Structure).
Perform SCAN to BIM conversions from point cloud data and prepare As-Built CAD services.
Model HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment layouts.
Coordinate architectural and structural facilities with MEP services.
Conduct clash detection and model reviews using Navisworks Manage.
Prepare general layouts, demolition plans,



and GIS feature extraction.
Ensure quality control of CAD/Revit files and deliverables.
Collaborate with project teams and lead small groups for CAD/BIM projects.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP, Architecture, Structure).
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Architecture, Inventor, Plant 3D.
Experience in Navisworks Manage for clash detection and model review.
Hands-on experience in industrial factories, automotive, manufacturing, and chemical projects.
Ability to work on brownfield and greenfield projects.
Robust project management, team collaboration, and communication skills.
Qualifications
BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
3–6 years of relevant experience in Revit/BIM modeling.
Exposure to industrial, commercial, and residential projects preferred.
